Build a Dual Seam Welder to produce high quality welded tubes at high rates with a high degree of seam welding uniformity.
A system that can run with a non-welding operator and only requires them to load the tube in the pocket.
Solution:
Weldlogic Engineering Team was tasked to designed this C.N.C. Dual Seam Welder that would enable the tubes to automatically
Be managed all the way thru the process and then ejected. This resulted in a seam welder cell that would produce 200 + Pars Per Hour.
