HDS-18 Heavy Duty Servo Driven 4-Roll Bending System

Challenge

Design and build a Pipe Grade 4-Roll with C.N.C bending capability to address a wide range of plate thicknesses, and hold the accuracy of bend to ±1 degree bend accuracy.

Solution

Weldlogic Engineering designed an A.C. Servo Driven 4-Roll bending system with high torch to form a wide range of thicknesses.

The system offered memory and material in-feed & back side support to hold the high accuracy of forming requirements.

Light curtains were added to protect the safety of the operators.
