Weldlogic Engineering and our team of Laser Weld Specialists developed and validated an automated I.D. laser edge welding process that meets and exceeds the weld strength and quality of the best Micro-TIG and Plasma processes — in the hands of a low-skill operator.

Built around the Weldlogic Fiber Laser CW/Pulsed and managed by the AWS Advanced Welding System Controller, the Automatic I.D. Laser Edge Weld Cell features a specially designed I.D. welder accommodating a wide range of diameters and thicknesses. Self-locating copper tooling provides gas coverage on both sides of the weld, while AC Servo Motors and closed-loop high-accuracy calibration deliver better than +1% weld repeatability — every cycle.
