Design a Specialized machine to serve the tank industry. The system needs to cradle a wide range of diameters and and lengths. It has to have a tooling developed to end form the ends to meet the customer drawings. A HMI with memory to select and save set forming values for quick reference. A tank life to place the vessel on centerline for end forming. It has to be very robust to last many year on a production line with little down time.

Heavy Duty Hydraulic pump and regulator to enable 24/7 operation. Automatic part cycling, Pneumatic Cradle Lift for tank centering, Clamping pressure indicator, precision linear bearings, quick tool change over.
