High Production Urethane 2-Roll System

Challenge

Design a tube rolling system to roll form blanks perfect round with nearly no flats. The system should produce at least 200+ Rolled Tubes Per hour, Take very little skill to operate, enable quick change over and require very little operator time as they will need to run two other cells.

Solution

Weldlogic Engineers designed took our C.N.C. Urethane 2-roll and added a easy in-feed to enable 3 tubes to be formed at a time and a 3 tube vacuum pick and place the strip the rolled tubes from the roll and place in a bin.
