Introduction
Challenge:
Design a corner welding seam weld-system to produce a wide range of box sizes, lengths, thicknesses, alloys and produce a smoother full penetration cosmetic weld automatically, using a non-welder operator.
Solution:
Weldlogic engineers combined 2 standard products and engineered a mandrel lift with cut outs to accommodate a wide variety of box configurations.
The result is a CNC controlled seam welder that can corner seam weld smooth corners automatically and astatically.
