Challenge
Offer a single part load that enables multiple welds on a single assembly that has more than 1 circumferential or linear weld.
The application needed up to 4 gas choices selectable with the weld program to cover different materials.
Changing Position, Speeds, Weld-Current, Voltage based on the weld program entered.
Solution
Weldlogic Engineering selected our AWS-Advance Welding System and controller to manage all the programs. A.C. Servo Motors and ball nuts were selected to offer high precision positioning and welding.
This 2 Axis C.N.C. Circumferential welding cell enables is ideal for many application GTAW, Laser, Plasma or Mig.
