Challenge:
Design a 3 Axis high precision motion controlled system that integrates the GTAW weld process seamlessly and provide a user-friendly system that anyone can operate.
Solution:
Weldlogic Engineering developed and refined a 3-Axis motion controlled system that operates from 1 HMI that enables coordinated movement of up to 3 motions via A.C.Servo driven for the highest degree of accuracy. The system uses G-code for programming the system that can easily be learned and programs stored for immediate recall.
