Introduction
Challenge:
Manufacture a high production Laser Welding Cell that makes hermetic low heat input sensor welds on heat sensitive assemblies at 120+ P.P.H.
Solution:
Weldlogic Engineering designed and developed a Cartridge Automatic Part feeder to enable the system to run operator free and make the highest quality circumferential laser welds.
Operators will load up a new cartridge and remove welded parts from part catch.
