C.N.C/I.D. Bore Cladding System

Introduction

Challenge:

Weldlogic Engineering was challenged to design, build and perfect a solution to manual I.D. cladding that was a bottleneck to their manufacturing process , due the high skill levels required for this work.

Solution:

A C.N.C. / I.D. cladding system using the GTAW process with cold wire feeder and arc voltage control in conjunc- tion with a Induction Coil Pre-Heating required enabled automatic cladding of the highest degree of precision.
