Introduction
Challenge:
- Provide lathe systems a motorized tilting feature to allow welding between the horizontal and vertical position.
- Eliminate the manual tilting of a heavy PWL welding lathe and allow welding at angles between 0 and 90 degrees.
Solution:
Our Engineers designed a motorized tilting mechanism allowing for push-of-a-button jogging of the welding lathe anywhere between the horizontal and vertical position.
