Fully Automatic 2 Axis / Dual Torch Tube to Fitting Welder

Challenge

Design a fully automatic fitting to tube welder that can make perfect welds automatically with no operator / welders present.

Fully programmable to accommodate a range of tube lengths and fittings and auto load and auto feed them to the weld pocket.

Solution

Weldlogic Engineering designed a Dual Torch, 2 Axis fully programmable system with fitting pick and place to enable the operator to load up the fittings and tube and press start to weld up a 10ft or 20ft length tube to fitting.
