PLS-36 Precision Longitudinal Seam Welder

Challenge

The Tube manufacture needed a Computer Controlled C.N.C. Precision Seam Welder to enable them to make full penetration seam welds but wanted to use the Fronius brand in place of the Miller brand.

Engineering designed our AWS – Advanced Welding System controller to manage and operate the customers preferred power supply.

Solution

Repackage the AWS platform and write new software to enable the AWS to operate reliably and offer the excellent ±1% or better repeatability expected from the Weldlogic brand of products.
