Provide a reliable platform that will make “High Speed” automatic seam welds at 6-10 times the speed of conventional seam welder and offer a low distortion tube seam weld that enables a non-welder entry level person to operate.
Eliminate the process variables and consumables common in using conventional TIG or MIG seam welding.
SOLUTION
Weldlogic Engineering selected the Weldlogic PLS-Precision Longitudinal Seam Welder and integrated our model AWS-2000 Watt Fiber Laser System & Beam Oscillator Weld Head & Camera to enable the weld-cell to make full penetration edge to edge seam welds at speeds of 200-I.P.M. or greater. The Weldlogic AWS-Laser Controller manages the entire system with C.N.C. seam welding precision & utilizes the Weldlogic Beam Oscillator to widen the weld and make a strong ductile consistent seam weld.
