Weldlogic has been challenged to design and build a Universal Laser weld cell that can make rotary welds, linear welds, spot welds, and multi-axis/multiple part pallet weld as a single system.
Weldlogic customers are always looking for a Laser Cell to enable multiple part configuration welding without lots of system change over time.
SOLUTION
Weldlogic Engineering Team listened to our customer requests and has developed a Universal Robotic Laser Weld Cell to offer the end user a very user friendly Programmable Laser cell.
The Robot can make the simplest to the most complex motions holding positional accuracy of ±.002″ or better. This flexibility enables a single cell purchase to never be obsolete if a new requirement comes along.
Rotary Stages with tail stock and quick change tooling enables the Universal Robotic Laser Weld Cell to meet all your current and future application needs.
