Roll Flanging Machine

The Roll Flanging Machine is ingeniously simplified to provide easy operation and smooth, foolproof action in the flanging of foils for butt welding. It provides a true flange the continuous length of the work with a perfect, sharp radius bend. Metal thinning is eliminated through the addition of the slight extra metal required to permit exact control fo weld build-up without the usual filler wire. In use with the Jetline Longitudinal Seam Welder the precise standing edge is an easy guide in butting the weld edges together. Foil welding of paper thin material (.003″ up to .015″) is no longer a problem. The Roll Flanging Machine is the secret answer to successful foil welding. It installs inexpensively and requires no special operator training.
